Vinification
Soft pressing, static decantation of the must and control of the fermentation
temperature in steel tanks. Sparkling by the Charmat method
 

Description
Colour: Pale pink with fine mousse
Fragrance: Red fruit, strawberry, raspberry with pleasant roasted notes
Taste: Fresh and lively acidity, balanced by residual sugar, easy to drink and with good persistence
Alcohol: 12/12.5% vol

Fragrance: Delicate citrus and floral notes with subtle hints of freshly baked biscuits
Taste: Fresh and lively, with medium structure and persistence
Alcohol: 12-13% vol
