Sandro Ciavattella is Cantina Tollo’s new general director. The appointment was announced during the group’s customary Members’ Meeting that precedes the harvest, which was held on Sunday, July 28 th , in Tollo (Chieti) at the company’s headquarters. A 43- year-old from Pescara, Ciavattella is not a new face for Cantina Tollo: in fact, he has already held the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Abruzzo-based cooperative for an impressive seven years, from 2017 to 2023. “I am honored by the trust that the President and the Board of Directors have granted me”, says Ciavattella, “and excited to begin this new professional journey at Cantina Tollo. The warehouse has a temperature-controlled refrigeration system that allows better management of bottled products and a significant reduction in energy costs thanks to the photovoltaic system.
